Rules

Any lot size and type.
No CC allowed.
TOOL allowed.
All packs/kits allowed.
Base Game only is also fine.
You have to use at least three of the letter rooms (T W I T C H). The Twitch logo is optional and does not count as a letter. It’s just a fun addition you can use. You can also use the logo to help shape the exterior, including its individual “eyes” and rooms.
You have to use the purple Base Game items I placed, in the exact swatches I used. Incorporate them into your build in a fun way.
You can move, rotate and place them however you like even on different floors. Do not resize or duplicate the rooms. Their original footprint must stay the same.
You may add interior walls freely. You may remove parts of the original shell walls but you may not move them outward or create new enclosed space beyond the original footprint.
No new full height exterior walls. Any enclosed living space must stay within the original footprint of your chosen shells.
Outside the shells you can use foundations, platforms, half walls, fences, columns, spandrels, decks, porches and balconies.
Roofs, stairs, doors, windows, wall height and landscaping are completely up to you.

Important: The winners will be chosen randomly, but to qualify you need to follow the rules and put effort into your build. This is not about building skill or experience, but about properly decorating and finishing your build. For example, unfinished builds, bare room sections and clearly unfinished builds do NOT qualify.
