Double-Height Glass Wall

In this Sims 4 tutorial, I’ll show you how to create window facades made out of roofs.

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Build four one-tile rooms, stacking two on top of each other. Connect them with a floor piece and remove one wall as shown in the image.

  2. Place a roof and resize it to one tile. Pull in the eaves.

  3. Place the roof inside the room with the missing wall so the roof’s wall fills the gap.

  4. Adjust the roof height to match the wall height.

  5. Pull out the eave on one side to fill the center area. Hold Shift to adjust one side only.

  6. Apply a glass roof swatch of your choice (Base Game).

  7. Decorate as desired. Close off the interior of the room, as the light will behave like outdoor lighting. This design is ideal for sunrooms or balconies.
