Roof Balcony

Sims 4 Roof Balcony Tutorial (Base Game Only).

STEP-BY-STEP

  1. Place Rooms: Arrange the two rooms as shown in the image using the lowest wall height. You can experiment with different sizes and heights, but this tutorial uses the basic layout.

  2. Add a Half-Gabled Roof: Place a half-gabled roof and extend it by one tile.

  3. Duplicate Roofs: Duplicate the extended roof twice. Place one on the right and one on top. Extend the top roof to match the room's width. Your layout should now match the image.

  4. Add a Small Roof: Duplicate the extended top roof. Resize it to one tile wide and place it on the bottom room, centered as shown in the next image.

  5. Adjust Eaves: Click the eave adjustment symbol and pull the eaves inward to create space for the balcony. Hold Shift to adjust only one side at a time.

  6. Decorate: Decorate as desired by adding a door, window and more!
